What the filing tells a buyer
- The completion date on file (23 Feb 2025) has passed and the project is not marked complete. Ask the builder for the current possession date in writing and check whether an extension has been granted.
- 809 sq m (0.20 acres) of the land is marked as affected by road widening, a lake full tank level (FTL) or nala widening. The filing does not say which. Our full check confirms the lake buffer on the map.
