RERA registration
Is the project registered, is the registration still valid, and are the quarterly filings up to date?
Building approvals
Do the sanctioned floors and layout match what is being sold? We read the permit, not the brochure.
Lake buffer zones
Does the site fall inside a lake’s full tank level or buffer? A clean title does not rule this out.
True cost
Stamp duty, registration, GST, parking, clubhouse and floor rise. The number you will actually pay.
